Extension of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program to December 11, 2020
We are pleased to announce that the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program has now been extended to December 11, 2020. The Continuing Resolution (“CR”), which provides funding for the federal government and authorization for several government programs, including the EB-5 regional center program, has passed Congress and been signed by the President. The CR, which was signed last night, provides funding to the government through December 11, 2020, and ensures the continuation of the EB-5 regional center program and of many other federal programs.
On a side note, if you are an Indian citizen or an Indian-born naturalized citizen of another country, there is no longer a quota backlog for Indian citizens or Indian-born citizens of other countries.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about immigration under the EB-5 program.
