Attorney Anthony "Tony" Olson obtained his law degree from Tulane University. He has been practicing in all areas of employment and family-based immigration law since 2000. Tony has lived and studied in Europe for extensive periods of time, and he has gained a solid understanding of other cultures and immigrants' hopes for a successful future in the United States. He is actively participating in lobbying efforts by legal, community-based, and business organizations that promoted comprehensive immigration reform and expanded opportunities for legal immigration.
Tony is fluent in English, German, and Czech, and conversant in Swedish, Hungarian, Russian, and Spanish.
Renate Richter is originally from Germany. She joined Anthony Olson, P.A. in 2004. Renate is administrative manager for the law firm, and she specializes as paralegal in the area of family-based and naturalization case processing.
Renate is bilingual in both English and German.
Yaril Santecchia is originally from Puerto Rico. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico. She joined the law firm of Anthony Olson, P.A.in 2005, where she specializes in employment-based, EB-5 investment-based, family-based immigration and naturalization case processing.
Yaril is bilingual in both English and Spanish.
Paul Marchon-Arnaud, originally from Arles, France, holds a License Degree of Law and two Masters in Business Law from the University Paul Cezanne of Aix-en-Provence, France. Paul is working with the law firm of Anthony Olson, P.A. as a paralegal and as liaison for our French clients. He assists in the processing of EB-5 and E-2 investor immigration cases and prepares business plans.
Paul is fluent in French and English.
